The Yard

This is the east side of the backyard. The west side backs on a municipal forest and is a ravine lot. This picture is from the upper deck. The house has a walk-out basement.

Replacing the Roof

Sea View

This image is from the front yard. You can see the sea from here which is 360 meters away. There are several walking paths to the beach.

Northumberland Strait

This is the beach near the house. The red sand beach stretches out for 4 kilometers. This image shows low tide where you can walk out on the dunes. The shallow waters stay nice and warm. The Island in the distance is part of PEI.

The Beach

Here is another shot of the same beach facing east. This is called the Northumberland Strait, it's the body of water between PEI and Nov Scotia. You can't see Nova Scotia, it's too far. The island in the distance is a part of PEI.

The Property

The house sits on 1.1 acres on a dead end street. We are lucky to have an unobstructed view right down the street to the sea. The property is bordered in yellow. The north-west part of the lot borders a municipal wooded park.

18 Park Lane from Space

The red pin shows where we live. To the north you can see the bridge to Charlottetown. Charlottetown is 9 minutes away by car.
